The products are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, reliability, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. the entire risk as to the results or performance of the services as assumed by you. in no event will Mac Keith Press be liable to you for any damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of inability to use the products, even if Mac Keith Press has been advised of the possibility of such damages. the terms of this sections shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by the law in the applicable jurisdiction.
All products are sold subject to availability. We aim to make sure that all titles listed are immediately available, but if we do not currently have the title you want in stock, we will contact you to let you know when it will become available again. We will ask you whether you want us to record your order or cancel it for a full refund.
Ebooks or chapters in pdf format are available for download immediately after successful processing of your payment.
All prices are in sterling, and will be converted by your card issuer into your local currency at the time of transaction.
Items will be shipped by the most economical method. If you require more speedy delivery, please contact us ([email protected]) to discuss options before you place your order.
International duties and import charges
You, the buyer, are responsible for any import VAT charges required by your country. Any applicable charges will be made by the carrier. This will be separate and in addition to any delivery fee issued by Mac Keith Press. In most cases for the delivery of Mac Keith Press books, the carrier will be Royal Mail or DHL. These costs are not determined or levied by Mac Keith Press, are not negotiable, nor can they be waived. Failure to accept those charges may result in non-delivery of your order or the return of the book or product to Mac Keith Press. Monthly newsletter competition terms and conditions.
How do I participate?
When running, you can participate by signing up to the Mac Keith Press monthly newsletter. Entry is free. There are no purchases required. A winner will be randomly selected, and contacted about the three books or three eBooks (or combination) that they wish to receive. Existing subscribers may be included in the random draw. You must be aged 18 and over to participate. Failure to establish communication with Mac Keith Press within two weeks of winning may result in Mac Keith Press offering the prize to another individual.
When is the closing date?
The closing date will be announced at the same as the opening of any special offer.
What is the prize?
A combination of three books or eBooks from Mac Keith Press, plus a branded tote bag. The prize is not transferable or refundable and has no cash value. The titles chosen must be currently in available in print and the latest edition of their respective title.
Are any books not included in the offer?
Aicardi’s Diseases of the Nervous System in Childhood, 4th Edition print version is not included in the prize.
Mac Keith Press reserves the right to end the competition at any time or amend the prize awarded.
