My video membership has run out, how do I renew?
After the initial 2-year, your membership will expire. In order to continue accessing the videos, you will have to purchase a new 2-year renewable membership (£30 every 2 years).
You will have been contacted 1 week before the expiration date with instructions on how to purchase a new 2-year renewable membership.

I bought the book from another seller, can I still get access to the supporting videos?
You are entitled to a 2-year membership that will grant you access to the videos. In order to be able to sign up for this, you will be asked to upload proof of purchase of the print book or Ebook.
